These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Neonate developers ("we", "us") regarding the Neonate mobile application (the "Service").

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Neonate for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or extract source code
• Use the app for commercial purposes without authorization

App Usage

Neonate is designed to track child development and care. The app provides tools for:

• Maintaining a feeding diary
• Sleep tracking
• Diaper change logging
• Creating reminders
• Analyzing statistics

Medical Information

Important: Neonate is NOT a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Information in the app is for tracking purposes only and should not be used instead of professional medical care. Always consult with a pediatrician regarding your child's health.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of Neonate are the property of the developers and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your child data remains your property and is stored only on your device.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device. All locally stored data will be deleted upon uninstallation.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect modifications.
